  • Date and place of birth, marital status, nationality, complete private address;
  • Home or work telephone number;
  • Identifications that prove your nationality, such as: Voting credential, Passport, Professional Identification Card, Temporary or Permanent Residence, as well as Identifications from other countries;
  • Federal taxpayer registration.

 

  1. General data of representatives, attorneys-in-fact of legal entities:
  • Name and surname, email address;
  • Date and place of birth, marital status, nationality, complete private address;
  • Home or work telephone number;
    Identifications that prove your nationality, such as: Voting credential, Passport, Professional Identification Card, Temporary or Permanent Residence, as well as
  • Identifications from other countries;
  • Federal taxpayer registration.
  • Company Name.
  • Number of active employees.

Adagio informatica Integral S.C. does not collect or process sensitive personal data, unless you decide to provide it to us in order to provide you with better advice on our products and services, in which case, we will ask you to give us your express written consent.

The personal data described above is collected through: i) the voluntary and direct provision of your information through our forms on our website ii) the voluntary provision of your information and personal data in face-to-face or telephone interviews with our authorized personnel ; and iii) the use of publicly accessible sources, such as social networks, and other public sources available on the market.

The personal data described in the previous paragraphs may appear in different documents in printed or digital format, such as: valid official identification (voter ID, passport, immigration document or driver’s license), identification card from the Federal Taxpayer Registry, Password Single Population Registry, marriage certificate (if applicable), proof of address (if applicable), account statements (if applicable), and Public Deeds (if applicable).

The Owner declares that the Personal Data provided to the Controller is true and up-to-date, and is also obliged to communicate to the Controller any modification to the Personal Data provided as soon as possible.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

  1. Primary purposes.

We will use the personal data that we collect from you for the main purposes that are necessary for the service you request, which are described below:

  • Corroborate the identity of the Owner, the veracity of the information, and carry out the analysis of the information provided as their own.
  • Manage your information to integrate files, keep our Database updated, and process them, either directly by the Controller or through a third party (in which case we will let you know), so that the Controller can provide the services inherent to its purpose, and report said information to the administrative and jurisdictional authorities when established by current legal provisions.

  • Provide the services offered in the application.
  • Comply with regulatory obligations issued by the competent authorities, as well as meet their requirements.

CONSENT OF THE OWNER

The Personal Data collected in the future will have the same processing referred to in this Notice, without prejudice to which the Owner may exercise his or her right of opposition at any time.

ACCESS, RECTIFICATION, CANCELLATION OR OPPOSITION (ARCO RIGHTS).

The owner of the personal data has the right: to access his or her personal data and details of its processing; to rectification if these are inaccurate or incomplete; to cancel them when you consider that they are not necessary for any of the aforementioned purposes or that they are used for uninformed purposes; and finally to oppose the processing of said personal data for specific purposes, expressing said opposition in writing in terms of this section.

The deadline to respond to your request will be a maximum of 20 (twenty) business days from the date of receipt of your request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.

Adagio Informática Integral S.C. will issue the respective response and the request will be processed within the deadlines established by the LFPDPPP. In cases of requests for cancellation or opposition of personal data, Adagio Informática Integral S.C. will proceed to block and delete the data, however, it will retain it exclusively for the purposes of the responsibilities arising from the new processing.

We inform you that you can revoke the consent that, if applicable, you have given us for the processing of your personal data. However, it is important that you keep in mind that not in all cases we will be able to respond to your request or terminate the use immediately, since it is possible that due to some legal obligation we require to continue processing your personal data.
