What does this module offer you?

STPS

This section is dedicated to maintaining and managing information related to the standards and requirements of the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). It includes the definition of educational levels, federal entities, delegations/municipalities, worker occupations, evidentiary documents, types of institutions, thematic areas, types of agents, training modalities, training objectives and competency standards.

Agents, Courses, Rooms, Course Programming, Course Calendar

These sections are focused on the administration of training in the organization. They include functionality such as registering training agents, defining training courses, assigning rooms for training, scheduling courses on a calendar, and viewing scheduled courses.

Reports

We offer tools to generate various reports and reports related to training. This includes the ability to generate an STPS layout for mass uploading of information, as well as access to a broader reporting module that provides insights into the progress and effectiveness of training programs.

DC2 Training Programs

It allows the administration of training programs based on the DC2 format (Training and Training Opinion). This makes it easier for you to comply with the requirements established by the STPS and present appropriate information for evaluation.
